Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At HandicraftsBD, we value your satisfaction.
 Our Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return a product, under what conditions refunds apply, and what costs are your responsibility.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
You received a wrong product or damaged item.

You received an item significantly different from what was shown on our website.

The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered

Custom or personalized items

Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
Contact us at info@handicraftsbd.com or message our customer support team within 48 hours.

Include your order number, contact info, and clear photos of the product (if damaged).

Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending anything back.

Once approved, you must send the product to our specified return address.

4. Delivery Charge Responsibility
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel or decides not to take the product after delivery,
 then the courier’s delivery charge (both ways) must be paid by the customer.
If the customer wants to exchange or return a product (without any fault on our side),
 then also the courier charge will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.

If the product is rejected (e.g., used or damaged by customer), no refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If we confirm that the mistake was ours (wrong or defective item sent),
 we will:
Replace the item at no extra cost, or

Provide a full refund, including delivery charges.

7. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange a product (different size, color, or style):
The exchange must be requested within 48 hours.

Product must be unused and in original condition.

The two-way courier charge will be borne by the customer.
